Part 1: Interviews

• At a high level, we establish the used and planned methods, working practices, technologies, etc.
• We identify how they are used and how they integrate into the whole environment, and we identify fundamental patterns.

Part 2: Verifcation

• We check and verify our interpretations and conclusions with a few interviewed subject matter experts.

Part 3: Recommendations

• We then provide short-term and medium-/long-term recommendations.
